Dynasty Roleplay is a realistic, 18+ roleplay community. We aim to provide a serious, story‑driven environment with high‑quality interactions. Our rules are enforced to protect that experience and keep the city fair and fun for everyone.

Disclaimer: Dynasty Roleplay Staff reserve the right to make decisions suitable to any given situation based on their judgment. The quality of RP will be evaluated by and only by the Dynasty Roleplay staff team.

Culture of Fun

Dynasty Roleplay’s goal is to create a city where losing a fight or getting caught in a chase doesn’t ruin your night, but instead leads to memorable RP for everyone involved.

Staff are not here to micromanage every scenario. Our rule set is designed to encourage roleplay over rule‑play. Handle every situation in character first, and worry about possible rule breaks after the scene is finished.

Staff will review and handle rule breaks based on the actual impact on RP. If something results in good, enjoyable roleplay for all parties, staff may choose not to intervene. Our priority is protecting players’ ability to have fun, high‑quality stories in the city.

Welcome & Terms

The majority of our community is made up of NA, EU, and AUS players where English is the primary language. Dynasty Roleplay cooperates with and abides by the Terms of Service of FiveM, Twitch, and Kick. Any player found breaking those ToS – including hateful conduct, hate speech, racism, homophobia, or similar behavior – will receive an immediate, non‑appealable ban from the server.

Dynasty is a serious roleplay server. Bans may be appealed only when you can provide clear, adequate proof that they were false or unjust; otherwise bans remain permanent. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse – by joining the city you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow them.

Our staff team is here to help and to make sure rules are followed. If a specific punishment is not written for a rule, staff reserve the right to apply whatever punishment we feel is necessary to protect the RP environment. Staff may ban any person from our servers at any time if they are found to be disruptive or clearly not here to provide quality roleplay.

The Golden Rule: Anything not covered explicitly in the rules still falls under staff discretion. Dynasty Staff have the final say on all matters, and rules can be updated at any time to preserve the health of the community. Our goal with every rule is to protect high‑quality RP for everyone.

Adult Community & Tickets: Dynasty Roleplay is strictly 18+. When opening tickets, you must provide clips at least 2 minutes long (with audio from all parties) that show the scene from start to finish. Please ensure you are always running clipping software (Medal, SteelSeries, Nvidia Shadowplay, Outplayed, OBS, etc.). If you need help capturing or uploading clips, join our Discord and open a ticket – staff will assist you.

General Guidelines

1
You must have and use a working microphone in-city.
2
You must run clipping software (ex: Nvidia Shadowplay, MedalTV, Steel Series, etc.). Clips have to be a minimum of 2 minutes long. YOU MUST BE CLIPPING AT ALL TIMES. Failure to be clipping will result in automatic denial of all item returns and in-game reports. Reports must be made within an hour of the scene.
3
All reports made on other players MUST include video & audio evidence (minimum 2 minutes & from both sides) of the full interaction and events leading up to rulebreaks. This now includes reporting others for F8ing. Clip cutting will be dismissed.
4
Community Conduct: Staff is not in place to handle your personal relationships. There is also no place for revenge/petty reporting. While we will obviously remove anyone who does not align with our goals to create a healthy, safe community, we are not interested in mediating personal disagreements between players. We do, however, exercise the right to remove anyone from the community for any off-server conduct.
5
Mature content: This server is 18+, so humor and conversation topics could be adult in nature at times.
6
No Racism, Sexism, or Hateful Prejudice: This is a community where we hope all players feel safe to play. Hateful conduct will not be accepted on this server.
7
Harassment: No harassing other players, sexual or otherwise. Anything that leads to repeat aggressive pressure or borders on intimidation on an OOC level is bannable.
8
Female Harassment/Diss: Dynasty Roleplay is committed to being a female‑friendly community and will not tolerate disrespect or harassment toward women (ban severity will be addressed by our harassment oversight team). If you feel you are being harassed, please open a ticket so staff can support you in a way you’re comfortable with.
9
We don't allow all-day packs, bright night packs, louder footsteps, no-props, or any other packs that give you a PvP advantage. Failure to do so will result in a ban.
10
You must dress in realistic clothing: i.e., NO 100k or Die outfits, costume masks, barefeet, animal ears, respirators/gas masks, helmets, parachutes, neon bracelets, etc. Goggles, facepaint and sandals are OKAY! Non-police/EMS/DOJ employees may not wear their clothing.
11
Staff Toxicity: You are always welcome to constructively criticize the server, but there's no reason to be toxic towards staff. We have a proper structure in place to handle all events if/when needed.
12
Monetization Policy: Any form of economic exploitation, like selling in-game items or services for real money, will not be tolerated. This includes not selling/buying in city cash with real money. You are not allowed to sell player owned businesses for in city cash. Absolutely no tebex ownership transfers of mansions & businesses.
13
Business and Property Use: Staff may revoke ownership of businesses or houses not actively used for roleplay.
14
Event Cooldowns: After any event there will be a 15 minute peace time, where nobody is allowed to press anyone or be robbed.

Character Creation

1
You must fully customize your character after joining the server. Running around as a default model is not allowed. Put effort into creating your character or staff will ask you to change!
2
Use common sense with character names! You may be funny but tread lightly.
3
Females must use female models and males must use male models. We are a LGBTQ-friendly server & that RP is allowed!

Roleplay First

1
You must be in character on the server at all times. Roleplay through the encounters in front of you. If there is a rule break, report it AFTER the scenario has completed. (This does not pertain to major rule breaks like racism, sexual abuse, or major harassment).
2
If you are offered roleplay, you should reciprocate that roleplay. Even if you are trying to grind. This is an RP server first and a game server second.
3
If you are committing a crime; at the beginning of an interaction, if you're offered RP by the PD, you must give PD some RP back.
4
If you are in a situation where your character is threatened with violence or the victim of violence, this is an expected risk in GTA and you must RP through the situation.

OOC Discussions

1
In-game conversations should remain in-character at all times including being in a Green Zone.
2
Rulesplaining: Do not break character to explain server rules. If needed, open a ticket, you must remain in-character at all times while in the city.
3
Threatening to report someone is OOC.
4
You may not say things like "Come out of the Green Zone". This is considered OOC. Your character is meant to be like real life. There are no GZ's in real life.
5
Calling someone a gender other than what they appear as in game is considered OOC and ban worthy.

Green Zones

1
Specific areas are designated as 'Green Zones' where players are protected from in-game hostility. You are not allowed to initiate beef or any hostile RP in a Green Zone. You can build up RP inside of any GZ besides the Hospital, (it won't count) but must continue it outside of the Green Zones and you must still have valid interactions outside of the GZ.
2
Locations include: City event locations for the duration of the event + buffer time after for people to leave. Apartments, Hospitals, Cayo Perico Island Bridge, public gyms, Legion Square, City Hall, Paintball grounds (parking lot & interior), and all legal civilian jobs (recycling, trucking, scrap yard, etc.)
3
Illegal civilian jobs, like chop shop require a 2 minute hostile interaction before violence.

F8 / Combat Log

1
When engaged in active roleplay, players should not disconnect from the server until the scenario has completely ended. If you crash you must have your crash file or show your crash message with a timestamp in order to show that you did actually crash. Otherwise, if you are in a scene and your game crashes or times out you must fly back into your last location and continue the scene. It is your responsibility to inform PD, or whoever else, of what happened, if necessary.
2
If you get RDMed, are a victim of failed RP, or any other reason that is not valid, you must remain in the scene and city until it is over. You will get reimbursed if the other person violated a server rule.
3
You can not F8 because someone else broke the rules, ex: being robbed, during a chase, during any scene or during an Admin sit, etc.
4
New F8 Banning Guidelines:
  • 1st Offense: Warning + 100 Comms + Pocket Wipe (potential new player considerations)
  • 2nd Offense: 2-day ban + Pocket Wipe, Bank Wipe, + 150 Comms (players reset to $10K bank)
  • 3rd Offense: 1-week ban + Character Deletion + 300 Comms
  • 4th Offense: Perma - Purchase Unban on Tebex

Item Returns

1
For any situation in which you are requesting your items being returned, you must submit a 2 minute clip with audio on both sides. Your clip must clearly show what you lost. Must not include yourself rule-breaking or item returns will not be approved.
2
Being robbed while AFK & not in a green zone is not valid for item return.

Exploiting

1
Do not abuse in-game mechanics for your own personal gain. If it feels over-powered or not working as intended, stop using it and report it! Don't do things which would exploit situations.
2
Major crime mechanics (Any heists including store robberies) 30 minutes before or after regularly scheduled restarts.
3
Selling materials from job stores that are meant for those specific jobs is considered abuse of a game mechanic.
4
You may not identify a player based on their voice, i.e., when a player is wearing a mask or disguised as someone else.
5
No piggy-backing or using emotes to hold each other in vehicles.
6
Emote spamming or using emotes to get an advantage, emote-exploiting through walls, canceling animation to pull out your gun, etc.

Powergaming

1
Powergaming is disallowing another player's counterplay. You must give other players options for counterplay in scenarios. Ex: giving a kidnapped player ways to get out before harming them where the RP makes sense.
2
NO unrealistic drug selling: i.e., selling drugs in the ocean, on the sides of mountains, within your homes, etc. Just because NPCs can spawn out there doesn't mean you should do it. Rule of thumb: if the NPCs naturally spawn there, it is okay to sell there.
3
Players may NOT voice-identify one another. If players are fully masked up & attempting to hide their identities, go through the roleplay to find out who they are.
4
Don't report people for giving you consequences for your actions - if you had numerous choices over days that led you to being kidnapped/shot, that isn't powergaming. Your counterplay was in not making those mistakes.
5
When carrying/escorting another player: You can only carry one person at a time. If you decide to use a vehicle, player must be placed inside properly; not being escorted whilst driving. No rooftop shooting.
6
Abusing Respawn Mechanics: In PD scenes, you may not hold "E" unless you are unreachable by PD, medical, or you are glitched. In addition, if you are glitched and police have come to the scene - turn yourself in.
7
PD/EMS are not allowed to be corrupt. If you have a scene you would like to act out for this please open a ticket. This is at PD/EMS Chiefs discretion. They are allowed to do these types of scenes with people and can allow people they pick on their force to do this type of rp if it makes sense and is good RP all around.

Metagaming

1
Metagaming is strictly prohibited. Players may only act on information their character legitimately learns in-game. Using knowledge from streams, clips, DMs, UI elements, or prior character lives is not allowed.
2
External communication (Discord/party calls) while connected to the server is also prohibited. All communication must stay in-character using in-game voice and radios. Sharing or receiving in-game information through outside calls, chats, or apps is considered metagaming.

No Random Deathmatch (RDM)

1
No attacking or engaging in combat with another player(s) without proper & valid interaction.
2
You may not revenge kill. If you were killed & respawned, you cannot attempt to get revenge as your memory was wiped.
3
This includes vehicles or in drive-bys. You must give sufficient RP and counterplay before shooting.

No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

1
No using any sort of vehicle to kill another player.
2
Repeatedly ramming a vehicle in effort to disable it also counts as VDM. (both POVs will be looked at in cases of desync)
3
VDM does not apply to staged executions.

T-Count

1
All criminal conflicts for all players can have a max of 6 participants per side. PD is excluded from T limit.
2
All hostile interactions between 2 parties will have at least a 1 hour cooldown after the scene is over.

Anti-Camping Rule

1
Players may not camp, stake out, or remain positioned at locations solely to ambush or repeatedly target others without clear, active roleplay justification.
2
Examples: Waiting at spawn points, hospitals, police stations, job locations, stores, or garages. Remaining in an area for extended periods with the sole intent to hunt or farm interactions. Repeatedly returning to the same location to target the same individuals or groups.
3
If a location is being watched, there must be ongoing, believable RP (e.g., an active investigation, surveillance with progression, or a scene that naturally evolves). Passive waiting without RP engagement does not justify camping.

New Hostile Interaction Rule

1
Minimum Interaction Time Required: Standard Interactions (General Areas): Must last at least 60 seconds before any violent action (e.g., shooting, robbing). At least 45 seconds must be clearly hostile (threats, arguments, intimidation — not just normal talking). There must be valid reasoning for becoming hostile in the first place.
2
Illegal/High-Risk Areas (drugs, harvesting, money wash, black market, etc.): Minimum of 30 seconds of interaction required. Most of that time must be hostile in nature.
3
Hostile Actions Must Be Face-to-Face: No initiating violence or threats from inside vehicles. All hostile roleplay must happen on foot and in person.
4
No Avoiding Roleplay or Conflict: F8 quitting to avoid conflict; Running/driving away unrealistically or without RP; Going AFK or pretending to be unresponsive; Disconnecting mid-interaction; Ignoring others' RP to escape robbery or hostile scenarios — all not allowed. All players are expected to respond realistically and in-character at all times.
5
Valid reasons to lead to violent scenario: Stealing someone's car. Threatening someone's life. Aiming your gun at someone; you don't aim your gun at someone you don't intend on shooting.

Value Your Life

1
In-game you are roleplaying an actual person, so treat it as you would IRL such as valuing your life in dire situations to prevent dying. In situations where you're outnumbered and/or guns pointed at you, you must exhibit fear and value your life.
2
In 1v1 scenarios, you may try and defend yourself only if your weapon is out. If you are threatened with a gun out already, you are not able to reach for yours.
3
In 2v1 scenarios, if you're not held at gunpoint & you don't have a weapon out, you may try to escape. If they have a gun(s) out at you, you cannot reach for one to protect yourself.
4
In 3v1 scenarios, you must fear if there are weapons out. You cannot attempt to escape or defend yourself with your own weapon unless you already have it out.
5
For all other scenarios with equal participants, you can try to defend yourself and/or attempt escape but risk dying.
6
You must not attack anyone with a melee if they have a firearm against you. A gun is to be feared over a melee weapon at all times.

Banning Guidelines

1
1st Offense: WARNING | 2nd Offense: 1 Day | 3rd Offense: 3 Day | 4th offense: 5 Day | 5th Offense: 1 Week | 6th Offense: Perma-ban
2
OOC offenses - warning, then comms are given.
3
Perm ban for cheating/exploiting/derogatory slurs/PvP advantage packs. (All still subject to each individual situation & staff)

Roleplay Reminders — Factions vs Civilians

1
Fear Requirement: Civilians must show fear toward faction members at all times. Civilians are never allowed to act violently against factions under any circumstances unless provoked by faction members first. Always abide by the NVL rules, when applicable.
2
Factions CANNOT target civilians UNLESS the civilian refuses to respect their life, refuses to pay taxes at a faction-controlled drug location, or otherwise disregards faction authority.
3
Robbery Rules: Civilians and factions cannot rob each other during normal interactions. The only time a faction member may rob a civilian is if: civilian refuses to pay taxes at a drug spot; civilians initiate violence (shootout, ambush, etc); if a civilian scams a faction member, the faction member may only rob back the scammed items; civilians blatantly refuse to show fear or respect for faction authority.
4
Illegal Faction Spot Claims: Drug processing locations are claimable on a first-come, first-served basis. To claim a drug, you must open a ticket and provide proof of knowledge of all its locations, provide proof of how to make the drug, possession of $100,000 worth of the drug, and sending a clip of taxing someone at one of its locations. Non-drug benches are also claimable and will undergo the same process.
5
If faction management observes no activity by the faction claiming the location, they will be removed from ownership of the location/drug/bench.
6
Taxing at an illegal location is ONLY allowed by the faction that owns it. If your faction owns a location: You may tax civilians up to 25% and other faction members up to 50%. You may tax civilians and factions 50-75k weekly to be at the drug spot. Civilians/faction members MUST pay the tax. If refused, you put yourself at risk of being robbed. Owners of the location can only tax the same individual once an hour.
7
Bored RP: You are not allowed to drive around looking for people to rob and shoot without proper roleplay. Someone having a nice item does not give you a valid reason to rob them.
8
Scamming RP: Similar to Bored RP, must be based on GOOD ROLEPLAY. You should NOT be looking to scam other people just because people have nice items and/or you're too lazy to work. You may not scam for/with vehicles and houses. Guns and drugs and all else are fair game (not pets/shoulder toys/wings/plush). You may not scam for/with donation vouchers.
9
RP in Businesses: Hostile interactions at player-owned businesses must be 2 minutes minimum before violence occurs. You are not allowed to do a robbery on the business workers who are working on the shift or own the business itself. Employees must clearly differentiate when they are working vs. not working. Employees are not allowed to /shirt to get off/on duty. Make outfits! You cannot rob from a business or its stashes because you don't like the boss, were fired, bled out of the faction, etc.
10
Hostage Taking: Any hostage(s) used in any scene cannot be affiliated with you, your group, faction, etc., this should be someone random off the street. In order to take hostage(s), at least one of the below conditions must be met: Condition A: With a quality interaction of 20-30 seconds, hostage takers must present themselves as serious & threatening. Hostage takers must be 3:1, outnumbering the hostage. After interaction, takers may draw weapons. Condition B: To snatch a hostage without much interaction, hostage takers must be 3:1 with guns already drawn. Hostage takers must clearly identify that they are taking you hostage, without the intent to rob.
11
If condition(s) A and/or B is met: You are not allowed to take EMS hostage. You cannot kill the hostage(s) unless PD is present and it makes absolute RP sense. You cannot rob a hostage. PD can search the hostage for any traces of evidence. Max 2 hostages per scene, 3 if you're doing Pacific Bank Heist. Hostage RP should not feel friendly — maintain tension and seriousness. Respect the hostage's time. Avoid instantly forcing someone into a hostage role with no RP opportunity.
12
You may kill and rob, if good & valid RP allows, but you cannot flatback a player after robbing.
13
Third-partying scenes are not allowed: Players SHOULD NOT insert themselves into ongoing situations or shootouts between other groups and/or the police.
14
Civ-locked weapons: If you obtain a civ-locked gun after robbing it off someone, you have the option to return it to the player with a fee of up to $50K. Otherwise, you must open a ticket to return it and you will be compensated with $25K.
15
Pocket Wiping: Robbing/taking the majority of items from a person(s) when they're down with or without RP reason is against the rules and is considered griefing. Taking someone's gun or their valuable goods is okay, if given quality RP; Taking someone's water, food, phone, radio, etc., is unnecessary.
16
You may not rob pets, shoulder toys, wings, player cuffs, plushies.
17
Ocean Dumping: Ocean dumping someone's body is allowed for story purposes. This cannot force memory loss/character kill. If a player is ocean dumped, they are allowed to direct PD to where they were originally downed and build off that. In addition, you cannot ocean dump other players' vehicles with no valid roleplay.
18
Body cam: When roleplaying and using a video of an incident in the city, the player must be wearing a body camera, GoPro, or have a vehicle positioned to capture the scene for dashcam footage. Videos that do not meet these criteria cannot be used as valid in-character evidence.
19
Hitman and Bounties: Placing hits or bounties on other players is allowed within realistic roleplay and with the player who has the hit and bounty having prior knowledge of it beforehand. The player can not be robbed after a hit or bounty has been done.
20
Conflicts/beef have expiration dates in all groups, especially dealing with factions: If you continually engage in conflict(s) that results in harm amongst these parties without attempting to end the conflict, it is considered NVL. Continually harassing/engaging in conflict with those groups without giving them a reasonable way to end the conflict is griefing/not allowed.
21
Character Kill-off: Killing off a character must be agreed on by the player whose character is being killed off.
22
New Life Rule: If you die in a scene, you cannot remember who/what caused your death or the events leading up to it for 15 minutes after revival. After reviving, wait at least 15 minutes before returning to the death location/scene. A player that was at the scene can remind you what happened, but this must be clipped & roleplayed out properly.

Fail RP

1
We ALWAYS expect High Quality RP and common sense. While a certain level of creative freedom is essential in roleplay, actions that significantly disrupt the game's immersion or coherence are not permitted (Low-Quality RP). We reserve the right to remove you from the community if you do not add quality RP to the server or constantly disrupt others' RP experiences by being obnoxious and/or not taking the server seriously.
2
Examples include: If you get shot, RP your injuries. It's mandatory for everyone to roleplay injuries. No talking outside of the realm of your character. You may not post drug locations on birdy or other socials. You may buy locations from others/RP it out but shouldn't be giving them out easily. Civilians are not allowed to tax others at drug locations.
3
Undermining/Sabotaging Government Departments for OOC (command decisions, rank, etc.). Stealing PD/EMS vehicles/weapons or kidnapping/robbing/assaulting EMS workers. Impersonating law enforcement/EMS. Selling drugs/making illegal transactions in green zones.
4
Neglecting /me Commands: Failing to respond to /me commands from others, such as ignoring /me takes off mask or /me steals shoes.
5
Death running/walking in circles: In interactions, you may not death run & constantly walk in circles: Have civilized conversations w/o tweaking.
6
Reloading skin after dying. Stripping upgrades from a vehicle that you do not own. Actively spectating shootouts without a role or involvement in the scenario.
7
Cop Baiting: Intentionally provoking or luring police officers into scenarios without proper roleplay, known as cop baiting, is a form of low-quality roleplay. When you are a criminal, you are to proceed with content and quality RP in mind at all times. You should never kidnap a cop unless they are by themselves lacking or you set them up on RP.
8
In a driveby scene, the driver cannot shoot. If you are the driver the car must come to a stop for you to shoot.

PD Player Rules

1
You must fear PD as you would in real life.
2
If PD tries to arrest you, you cannot shoot them, but if there is a 3 to 1 ratio and an officer makes an arrest you can RP it out and have them release the arrested person. You cannot RDM or rob PD.
3
If you get into a shootout and officers show up, you must give warning shots before you shoot at PD. Then you must try to run and clear the scene as if you're afraid to be arrested, however if you get caught, you get caught.
4
If police do anything invalid during a scene, please open a DOJ case.
5
PD may use lethal force, you are considered a threat to society.
6
You cannot break PD recording equipment.

EMS Player Rules

1
Don't spam EMS calls if & when you die.
2
If you die, press "G" to call EMS. Otherwise, you may use /911ems to call for other dire situations.
3
Scenes are considered over once EMS arrives.
4
You must RP with EMS personnel. Don't ask for "taps", RP your injuries. There is no reason to hurry them or tell them how to do their jobs.
5
EMS have the right to deny you medical attention if you disrespect them.
6
The hospital is a green zone, NOT a chill spot. If you're not seeking medical attention, please leave the hospital.

Cayo Perico Island (KOS Island)

1
You are allowed to flatback rob.
2
Island is a KOS zone.
3
You cannot F8, VDM, and no slur usage.
4
Non-faction members are allowed to go on island.
5
Factions may team up with their alliances.
6
Non-faction members are allowed to go with factions but MUST be flagged up.

Airdrop Rules

1
All airdrops are KOS once you enter the zone (If on cayo island the whole thing is KOS but in city ones are not until you enter the zone).
2
You are not to shoot at anyone if they are not in a zone.
3
You are not allowed to rob anyone at any Airdrop.
4
Once the Airdrop has been looted there is no more shooting.

Welcome to Dynasty Gang Life

Roleplaying as a gang member in Dynasty Roleplay offers one of the most immersive, dynamic, and exciting experiences within our server. The gang life is filled with opportunities to engage in action-packed storylines, form alliances, confront rival gangs, and navigate the complex underworld of the city. Whether you're working your way up the ranks, strategizing with your crew, or defending your turf, gang life provides a unique and thrilling way to experience the world of Dynasty RP.

However, with these opportunities comes responsibility. We've introduced a new set of guidelines for Dynasty's Gang Life designed to keep the streets alive with rich storytelling and immersive interactions. These principles protect our server's lore, encourage authentic roleplay, and ensure every gang experience is as engaging as it is fun. Whether you're building an empire, defending your turf, or forging alliances, Gang Life is all about quality roleplay, community spirit, and memorable moments.

Understanding the Rules Is Crucial

We cannot overstate the importance of knowing and following these principles. They are fundamental to maintaining the integrity and quality of roleplay within our community. Our goal is to create a fun, immersive, and fair environment, but this can only happen when every player upholds the same standards. These principles are not optional; they are in place for the betterment of the city and the community as a whole.

It is important to note that ignorance of the principles is not an excuse. Violating the principles can result in consequences that may affect your character's progress or your standing in the gang community. This applies to all aspects of gang life, from initiating conflicts to engaging in business deals, and even the way you interact with other members of the community.

Respect — Gang Oversight, Gang Support & Staff

Respect is a core value within Dynasty, and it is essential to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gang environment. All Gang Oversight, Gang Support members, and staff dedicate their time and effort to ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone. We enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Disrespect toward any member of the Gang Team or staff. This means: No harassment, excessive arguing, or blatant disrespect in any form. Constructive criticism is welcome, but hostile attitudes and personal attacks will not be tolerated. If you have an issue or disagreement, handle it maturely and through the proper channels. Failure to abide will result in disciplinary action at staff discretion. Staff decisions are final.

Your Agreement to Follow the Rules

By choosing to apply to become part of gang life in Dynasty Roleplay, you are explicitly agreeing that you have read, understood, and committed to following the rules outlined for gang life activity. If you are unsure about the rules or have questions, open a Gang Support ticket through our official Dynasty RP Discord, or reach out in your gang's dedicated chat.

Ensuring Fair Play for All

The goal of Dynasty RP is to provide an environment where everyone can enjoy their roleplaying experience. By following the gang rules, you're ensuring that the world we create together remains as rich, exciting, and engaging as possible.

Universal Rules

All factions must know and follow the Faction Universal Principles listed here in addition to the Dynasty Roleplay City Rules.

1
All interactions require a minimum of 90 seconds of QUALITY roleplay.
2
Activity must be met by logging interactions in your leaderboard or interaction logs channel. You have to acquire at least 200 points each week or it will be a strike.
3
Faction colors and fitting out your character according to your lore must be followed at all times except for heists and when working at a whitelisted legal business. You must wear at least 3 clothing items that represent your faction. If you are caught not wearing your faction attire you will receive a strike.
4
Graphic packs and sound packs that provide an unfair advantage, unrealistic, or "shooter" (e.g. no props, no vegetation, no nights/always daytime, sound packs with hearing advantages, stretched FOVs, kill effects that give tactical or combat advantages) are strictly prohibited. You CAN have sound packs for guns and head shots, blood FX, weapon bullet tracers, Graphics Packs with cycles or FPS packs.
5
Open carrying weapons is not allowed. Weapons must be concealed until a valid interaction has been met or if your lore allows it.
6
Robbing your faction's stashes is not allowed at any time.
7
You cannot evade a scene into a white zone. If done, you are allowed to be pulled out of the white zone.
8
Selling/Trading for drug locations and crafting benches is "at your own risk." If you're buying and/or selling these locations you're accepting that there's risk for this deal to not go in your favor.
9
Do not bring your city drama into Discord or bring your Discord drama into the city. We have a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity.
10
Rosters must be kept up to date.
11
Only 3 or less members from a faction disbanded by staff can be in a faction together in the future.
12
You may only have up to 14 people on your roster, as well as 2 gang angels, to make 16 in total.

Business Rules

1
No Gang Activity Around Legal Whitelisted Jobs: Gang members may not pressure or harass others while they are working at a whitelisted job unless there is valid RP behind it. Whitelisted jobs are meant to provide a layered roleplay experience; for any hostility to take place at any business, quality RP is expected.
2
Gang Dress and Whitelisted Jobs: Gang members at an illegal whitelisted business may wear required identifiers. Their attire must suit the setting (e.g. no overt tactical gear in a low-profile establishment). If you are working in a legal whitelisted business, you may not be in gang dress; you must be dressed appropriately to that job. Once your shift is complete and you have left the premises, you may change back into your full/normal gang clothing.
3
Evading Scenes by Heading to Whitelisted Businesses: Gang members are not allowed to evade scenes or interactions by running or driving to a whitelisted business to hide or disengage. You must stay engaged until the scene is fully resolved. Once the scene is entirely over, you are free to leave. Do not use the whitelisted job as a means to escape or avoid roleplay obligations, including abusing door locks. Any abuse and the consequences extend to the business owner as well as the gang.

Joining and Leaving

1
All individuals leaving or joining gang life need to open a Gang Support ticket stating if they are joining or leaving. These scenes must be QUALITY RP and make sense as a stand-alone scene; if the clip received is poor quality, expect corresponding consequences.
2
When leaving a gang: There is a mandatory 2-day cooldown before you can be re-entered into gang life. You are BARRED from any and all gang activity and behavior (consider yourself a civilian). Your gang stash will be no longer available during this time; items within your personal gang stash are at risk.
3
After killing off a member from your gang: You must allow that member up to 72 hours to collect their belongings from the GANG STASHES, if any are available. The member being bled out will become a free agent with a mandatory 2-day cooldown before being recruited by another gang.
4
There is a mandatory 3-day cooldown to join PD or EMS. This also pertains to leaving PD or EMS to join gang life.
5
If you violate the cooldown rule, you will be banned for a minimum of 2 days and the remaining duration of your cooldown will be paused until unbanned. Repeated breaks will result in being BLACKLISTED from gang life.
6
When Kicking/Leaving a Gang or Rebranding/Leadership Switch, a ticket must be made to provide the information to staff.
7
If you are killed off by your gang you must forget any information you collected as a member of that gang and forget your past life entirely.
8
You can pay for your cooldown to end early via a Gang Support ticket — 500k per day you wish to skip.

Taxing Rules

Taxing applies at all illegal locations. You CAN tax civilians selling drugs on the street. You CANNOT tax civilians at the scrap yard. Gangs and free agents CAN also be taxed at the scrapyard. Only whitelisted gangs may tax at drug locations. Taxing must be clearly announced. If the gang that owns/runs the location is present, gang members MUST comply to be taxed. Those being taxed by gangs not owning the location have TWO options: Comply & Pay — hand over 50% of drug-related items in pockets (or vehicle if they enter it); Fight or Flight — attempt to escape or fight back (allowing for a full robbery if they lose).

1
No Re-taxing: Once a player has been taxed, they are protected for 2 hours and CANNOT be taxed again during that time.
2
Taxable Items: Only items you can retrieve from the area you are taxing in. Taking anything else is robbery and will result in a strike.
3
No Overtaxing: You may only take up to 25% of drug items from pockets (or vehicle if applicable). Taking non-drug items or exceeding 25% is robbery and will result in a gang strike.
4
No open carrying of weapons at drug locations unless initiating/enforcing a tax or compliant to your lore. All taxes must be logged in the Dynasty Gang Discord tab.
5
Overtaxing or taking non-drug-related items = gang strike. Failure to follow logging procedures or unauthorized taxing may result in administrative action. Repeated violations can lead to gang disbandment or removal from gang life.

Gang v. Gang Interactions

1
Shootout cooldown timer for all factions: 30 minutes.
2
Gangs may not have more than 7 members (not including Gang Angels, which adds another slot making 8) participating throughout the scene.
3
All members participating must be seen from the interactor's standpoint. Once "pull" is called, NO ONE ELSE may enter the scene.
4
If a gang member approaches an enemy gang member to interact, the person being approached may not deny the interaction. (If they deny/avoid, "pull" may be called and the interaction may turn violent.)
5
There will be ONE MAIN INTERACTOR, but that is liable to switch before "pull" is called. The entire gang is considered an interactor but not the main interactor. Everyone in the scene must follow interactor rules.
6
Be creative with your roleplay. Gang interactions do not need to end in shootouts every time. You may not initiate a gun fight with another gang within the first interaction.
7
Failure to communicate active gang beef with your own gang members is NOT an excuse for them to not be pressed by another gang. Flat-backing your own gang members to prevent them from being robbed is not allowed.
8
Robbing is only permitted in certain scenes given there is quality roleplay backing it. If two gangs are in a scene, no other gang should intervene and should leave the area immediately.

Gang & Police Interactions

1
Gangs are allowed a maximum of 10 T-count in city against PD.
2
Gangs are not allowed to SHOOT at Police without quality roleplay behind the lead-up. Gangs are not allowed to SHOOT TO KILL Police out of cars; they may only shoot to disable vehicle or destroy tires.
3
Gang members must abide by Traffic Rules. In the event of a traffic stop, must roleplay out of it without using lethal force (shooting). Gang members may not run back to their territory during a chase with PD.
4
Police response to gang shootouts includes a 30-second breach timer before the scene is invaded and before any arrests are made. Police are allowed Unlimited T Count if an Officer is shot, shot at, or killed, or if a PANIC button is pressed.
5
If you fire at a Police officer resulting in death, you must immediately flee the scene. You may not linger around the scene of a deceased Police officer.
6
If you are caught by Police you MUST finish out the scene entirely. Refusing medical service or refusing to check-in at the hospital when there is no EMS on duty is not allowed. F8 punishments will apply.
7
You must follow LIFE FOR LIFE for Bosses and Underbosses ONLY when they are in jail. You MAY NOT do /me for keys or break into PD and/or start a shootout.

Civilian & Gang Interaction Rules

1
Civilians are NOT to be harassed, abused, or targeted by gangs. Civilians must be left alone unless they willingly enter illegal zones (e.g. drug locations, gang-controlled areas). If a civilian is in an illegal zone, they are liable to be taxed, robbed, or killed if they escalate. Civilians cannot be taxed outside of illegal zones unless they are selling drugs.
2
Civilians must roleplay fear when interacting with gang life members. If a gang member presses a civilian, the civilian must comply and cannot act aggressively. Civilians CANNOT form groups or "Super Civing" to challenge or press gang life. If a civilian continuously harasses a gang member, they should be warned first before any further action. De-escalate before resorting to violence.
3
Gangs or free agents harassing/abusing civilians without cause will face warnings, strikes, or administrative action. Civilians who fail to roleplay fear or attempt to press gangs in groups may face disciplinary action including bans for fail RP.

POV Requests & Recording

1
The Faction Oversight Team or staff may request your POV at any time. You are allowed up to three instances where you fail to provide requested POV before facing permanent removal from Faction life. Not having a recording when asked is NOT an excuse — you are expected to be actively recording all significant interactions (shootouts, robberies, kidnappings, drive-bys, faction-on-faction interactions). Recordings should include at least 2 minutes of context before and after, clear game and mic audio, and visible player IDs. After three failures to provide POV, you will be removed from faction life indefinitely. If your faction has 3 cheaters caught, it is an AUTOMATIC disbandment. No POV = No Protection.

Ticket Rules

1
Petty tickets and clips that lack significant context or involve minor infractions will not be reviewed. All Breach of Principles must be reported through a Gang Support ticket within one hour of the incident. Your ticket must include at least a 2-minute clip with full game audio, full mic audio, and visible player IDs of all involved. If you have lost items during a robbery or rule break, your clip must show you being robbed or losing those items to receive reimbursement.

Gang Fight Conduct

1
If you down an opponent (knock out, injure, or put them on their side), you must choose: Robbing — take their items/money/valuables in a realistic manner; or Flatback/Full-Kill — but do not rob them afterward. You must choose one, not both.
2
When you have been put on your side, value your life and roleplay injuries realistically (groaning, struggling, crawling, calling for help). Do not argue, complain, or shout OOC. Stay in character and contribute to an immersive scene.

Important Terms

1
"Watchdog" — A faction member stationed strictly within their own territory or main hub to serve as a lookout and/or nest gunner. They keep eyes on the block, spot incoming threats, and alert the crew.
2
"Bad Dream" — Any and all scuffed scenes. Within roleplay, scuffed scenes are not in your lore or timeline; everyone that participated must forget and may not refer to those scenes in future roleplay.

Airdrop Rules — In-City

1
Kill-on-Sight (KOS) is only allowed within the Red Zone. Do not shoot into or out of the Red Zone. If you are outside the zone, do not engage in gunfire with those inside.
2
Once the airdrop loot has been collected, the fight is over. No more shooting once the airdrop event has concluded.
3
Do not run past rival gangs in the Red Zone just to reach another gang. That is considered forming a truce or teaming, which is not allowed. If you're in the Red Zone, you should be actively contesting for the airdrop.
4
Flatback Robbing is allowed ONLY in the Air Drop Red Zone. If someone is killed in the zone and is dead outside of zone, they are NOT to be brought back in to rob. VDM is NOT allowed for In-City Air Drops. NO laying down and/or emoting in any way while claiming an Air Drop.

Airdrop Rules — Cayo Perico

1
All Cayo Perico Island rules apply when securing Air Drops on the Island. VDM is allowed ONLY at drops on Cayo Perico Island.

Zone Wars Rules

1
KOS as soon as you enter the zone. You are not allowed to shoot outside of the zone; you must be inside the zone walls to shoot. If someone is standing outside/hugging the zone for more than 60 seconds, you cannot shoot them. Anyone giving comms to their gang in the zone will receive 50 community service.
2
Under NO circumstance should you call EMS. You MUST hold E if you wish to return to the zone. Once you are inside the zone you cannot leave. No T-Count while in Zones ONLY.
3
You are not allowed to start a zone 10 minutes before, during, or 10 minutes after a gang event, turfs, or when another zone is active. You may only rob CONSUMABLES in Zones (ammo, heals, zipties, etc.). You cannot flatback your own members or anyone else; once someone is on their side, let them bleed out. NO VDM in Zones. If a Civilian enters a zone, you have all rights to shoot. You may not start any type of interaction for 10 minutes after a zone ends. If someone is dead outside of zone, you are NOT allowed to grab them to rob. If you cannot see the zone walls, DO NOT ENTER. NO Flat-back robbing in Zones.

Drive-By Rules

1
Valid beef is required. You cannot pull up and start shooting another faction without established and valid beef. Drive-bys must be roleplay-driven.
2
A drive-by must be a hit-and-run. Your faction must shoot while driving past the target and then escape. You must drive around the opposing faction twice; on the third drive around you can start shooting. Returning to rob the victims after the drive-by is strictly prohibited. You have 15 minutes to successfully escape. A 2-hour cooldown applies before you can engage the same faction in another drive-by. If caught within 15 minutes, the scene may continue (foot chases, shootouts), but returning to rob downed victims is still prohibited.
3
Factions can only execute one drive-by every 2 hours. A drive-by initiates valid beef — the targeted faction may chase and retaliate immediately. If they do not catch you within the 15-minute escape window, the scene is over. A faction cannot conduct another drive-by against the same group without a direct in-person interaction first.
4
All drive-by participants must use a faction-colored vehicle. You cannot exit the vehicle during the drive-by unless the driver is killed. Limit: 1–2 vehicles total, maximum 7 faction members participating.

Gang Angel (Staff) Rules Summary

1
Only 3 staff per gang. Oversight cannot gang play; Support can. No switching gangs without management approval. Participation may be revoked anytime. Staff cannot be gang leaders (no shot-calling, recruiting, wars, alliances). No recruiting players into gangs. Staff duties come first. Staff CANNOT join a gang in their trial period — only after they've been accepted.
2
Staff may not moderate cases involving their gang or allies unless assigned. Non-gang staff cannot assist gang members outside normal RP. No staff tools/advantages for gangs; no spawning items on a gang character. Abuse = staff removal + possible ban. Staff gang activity must be clipped and posted in gang angels chat. Failure to provide clips = strike. Management can review gang activity anytime. Staff receive double penalties; lower strike limits; repeated issues = removal. No retaliation for reports. Cheating = cross-ban & staff removal. Must follow all RP/gang rules; no toxicity.

Final Reminder

We all know these rules, but since they are now clearly stated, I expect everyone to follow them. If I or any member of the team sees violations of these rules, it will result in a Gang or Individual Strike. Play fair, respect the guidelines, and let's keep the city fun for everyone.
